Senior UX/UI Designer

Together with our client, we are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a team working on a social media app with contests focused on high-quality content. In the future project will be extended and it will contain a cryptocurrency layer.

Location: Kraków, Lublin, remote

Salary:
B2B: 16 000 - 25 000 PLN NET
CoE: 13 300 - 20 800 PLN GROSS

Challenges:

• Contributing to the overall product strategy and direction with the VP of product & founding members of the company
• Defining the visual language & brand identity for the product (mobile app & desktop app)
• Collaborating on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Create, test, & validate variants of different screens
• Utilizing and developing our design system
• Being the mediator of customer needs, business goals, and tech efficiency

• 3+ years experience as a UX/UI designer (solid background in mobile apps)
• Strong eye for visual design, balance, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Deep understanding of UI components and patterns
• Ability to understand customer needs beyond the obvious
• Familiarity with research methodologies and experience turning customer feedback into actionable findings
• A desire to take ownership of the design process and work as a self-directed member of the product team
• Understanding the technical implications of your design decisions
• Strong love of the craft and a desire to deliver high-quality, sophisticated UI

• Experience or background in graphic design
• Experience with HTML, CSS, or other programming languages
• Knowledge of product management methodologies
