RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. Backed by Ratan Tata, Upstox had raised $4 million in Series A funding in early 2016 that was led by Kalaari Capital. The Series B funding round scaled multifolds and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in September 2019.

Role: UI Designer -1
Responsibilities:
? Take ownership of the User Interface design and ensure we offer a consistent
experience across platforms
? Design compelling User Experiences in collaboration with UX Designers and
Developers in your team
? Build a scalable and flexible design system to enable the long- term product
vision
? Create concept sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to support iterative design
efforts
? Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand
perception and user-experience
? Work with the front- end development team to provide detailed specs and ensure
design consistency
? Ability to map your design decisions to user needs as well as business
requirements
? Be highly adaptable in an ever-changing startup environment
Required Skills and Experience:
? Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
? 1+ years of design experience
? Deep understanding of brand, visual design, user experience and digital
marketing to design beautiful and intuitive experiences
? Proficient in video creation tools, Adobe Creative Suite, with a keen
understanding of graphic/web design principles
? Passionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content and
campaigns
? Ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but welcoming
feedback and collaboration
? Experience concepting, designing, and executing video content
? Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with stakeholders and senior
leadership
? Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
? Ability to work both independently and with a team
