As a Junior to Mid-Level UI Designer at Truora, you will play a key role in crafting visually appealing and user-friendly digital interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You'll collaborate closely with our UX designers, developers, and product managers to turn concepts into beautiful and functional user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

UI Design: Create visually striking and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive and delightful user experience.

Visual Branding: Maintain and apply consistent visual branding and design principles across all digital products.

Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes and wireframes to illustrate design concepts and user interactions.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the UX team to translate user research and wireframes into compelling visual designs.

Feedback Integration: Welcome and incorporate feedback from team members to iterate on design concepts and improve usability.

Responsive Design: Design responsive layouts to ensure a seamless experience across different devices and screen sizes.

Asset Creation: Generate and deliver assets and style guides to developers for implementation.

Usability Testing: Participate in usability testing and make design improvements based on user feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
1-3 years of professional experience in UI design for web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing your UI design work and creative problem-solving skills.
Bonus Skills:

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and an understanding of front-end development.
Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices.
