Join CodeWP (WPAI Inc), the leader in WordPress AI, as a UI/UX (Product) Designer. Your role involves designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for new features and products. Working with our team, you'll turn creative ideas into designs that improve user experience.

We are hiring as a part time role, with possibility to scale into a full time position.

Summary

As our UI/UX Designer, you'll be key in crafting the look and feel of new features and products. Your designs will make our (complex) platform more enjoyable and easy to use.

In this role, you will:

• Work with product managers and developers to come up with cool UI/UX ideas.
• Design everything from sketches to fully-realized designs.
• Do user research and tests to make sure your designs work well with our real users.
• Help make and keep design guidelines to make sure our products look consistent.
• Have a lot of autonomy

• Experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio to show it.
• Great eye for design – you know what looks good and why.
• Really good with Figma (this is mandatory).
• Know how to do user research and testing.
• Can solve design problems well and think creatively.
• Good at talking and working with others.
• Always learning and staying in the loop with design trends.
• Able to self direct.
