Senior UX/UI Designer

As a Senior UX/UI designer you will take a part in building a brand and a product. If you want to build things and see how they perform in the real world – join our team! 

What you will do:

• Research user needs, behaviors, and motivations through interviews, observation and data analysis.
• Lead comprehensive tests to validate designs, fostering iterative improvements based on insightful feedback. 
• Apply a deep understanding of design principles and advanced tools to create visually appealing interfaces aligned with user intuition. 
• Strategically desig interactive elements with a focus on optimizing user interaction and experience. 
• Manage the end-to-end process of A/B testing, including setup, execution, and detailed analysis.
• Craft foundational layouts and interactive prototypes using a systematic approach to test and refine designs, ensuring a polished product. 
• Direct the creation of information architecture, prototypes, visually stunning designs, and seamless product interfaces—a fusion of form and function. 

• UX/UI Testing Tools Mastery (e.g., Convert, VWO), Figma Proficiency, and AI Design Tool Exposure. 
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. 
• Seamless Collaboration and Communication: effectively partnering with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Customer Support, Growth Marketing, and User Acquisition. 
• Empathy and User-Centric Thinking: crafting designs attuned to user needs and expectations. 
• Problem Solving and Critical Thinking: creatively addressing user issues and enhancing the overall user experience. 
• Proactivity and Innovation: consistently proposing UX enhancements, exploring new tools, and driving innovation.
