As a mid-senior UI Designer at SafetyCulture, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform helping to align teams on the best interaction design patterns and helping to drive our design system.
You’ll be working with a talented team that values innovation, collaboration, and a customer-first mindset committed to making a positive impact on the world.
About you:
- 4+ years of experience in creating UI designs
- Proficiency in Figma creating UI libraries and design systems
- The ability to bring design solutions to life with compelling narrative and story-telling
- You’re an expert in your craft with a great eye for design and able to create functional and delightful interface designs
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
How you will spend your time:
- Craft pixel-perfect UI designs and patterns
- Contribute to our design system
- Collaborate with some of the industry's most talented engineers creating design specs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
- Provide design guidance to the wider team on best practices for design patterns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies and share your knowledge with the broader team
