Senior UI/UX Designer

Intetics Inc., a leading global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to enrich its team with a skilled professional.

As a UI/UX Designer you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience across our learning platform, AR/VR interfaces, and websites. We are seeking an individual with a keen eye for detail, a passion for creating seamless user journeys, and a flair for minimalist design that pushes the boundaries of innovation. The ideal candidate should be adept at responsive design principles, with a focus on delivering clean, minimal and pixel-perfect designs across all devices.

Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design:

• Create visually appealing, user-centric designs for our learning platform, AR/VR interfaces, and websites.

• Ensure designs adhere to a clean, minimalist aesthetic while incorporating cutting-edge design trends.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.

2. Pixel-Perfect Sensibility:

• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, striving for pixel-perfect precision in all design elements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity throughout the development process.

3. User Journey Optimization:

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user behaviors and needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to map out and optimize user journeys, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.

4. Responsive Design:

• Implement responsive design principles to create interfaces that adapt seamlessly to various devices and screen sizes.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in responsive design.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate effectively with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions.

• Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Must have:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing a strong grasp of UI/UX design principles and previous work.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• In-depth knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
• Familiarity with AR/VR design concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
