Are you an experienced designer with a knack for Design systems, strategic mindset and excellent communication and facilitation skills?

We believe in teamwork, fun, complex projects, and simple solutions. How about you? We’re looking for a like-minded UI Design Lead with the experience, passion and skills to help us rid the world of crappy design – one project at a time.

Would you like to:

• Lead the development, evolution, and governance of a comprehensive design system that defines our product's visual identity and enhances user experience.
• Design and architect reusable UI components across multiple breakpoints, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX designers, visual designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement and iterate on design system components.
• Ensure high standards of visual and functional quality for design system implementations throughout the product lifecycle.
• Integrate user experience research findings, usability testing results, and analytics insights into the design system to continuously improve usability and user satisfaction.
• Develop a strategic vision for the design system aligned with organizational goals and user needs.
• Lead and mentor a team of UI designers, fostering collaboration and innovation within the design team.

We would like you to have:

• Experienced in designing, maintaining, and governing design systems.
• Proficient in interactive prototyping, color theory, typography, layouts, branding, and animations.
• Skilled in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Invision, Jira, Asana, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• A strong communicator, capable of articulating design concepts and rationale clearly and precisely.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering polished, pixel-perfect designs.
• Familiar with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and motion design principles (preferred).
• Capable of creating custom illustrations, icons, or graphical assets to complement UI designs and enhance brand identity.
• Experienced in leading or contributing to the development of comprehensive design systems within complex environments.
• Able to innovate and advocate for emerging trends and technologies related to design systems.
• A strong leader with the ability to drive initiatives that align with strategic business goals and user needs.
