UX Designer

Are you ready to help transform an IT organisation? Part of the highly successful Link Financial Group, LDMS is a newly launched software brand at the beginning of an exciting journey. We are a financial services software specialist providing full lifecycle solutions for the credit industry, covering all aspects of the loan management process.

We are creating a highly collaborative, technology-driven environment with an end-to-end focus on automation and product quality and are seeking to grow our backend development expertise.

As a UX designer, you will lead our development of customer and internal facing systems with a real focus on delivery of a great customer experience. Your work will impacts millions of users daily.

You will be skilled in both design using tools like sketch, prototyping with tools like invision and able to pull assets together with tools like photoshop. It would be a real benefit if you can also do web design (CSS etc) to assist the teams in delivery.

You will be an experienced ux designer, up to speed with what it takes to provide a great user experience and skilled in turning concept into reality. You will also have the skills to be able to guide and educate our real world projects into reality by leading customers into what a true customer experience needs to contain.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and a professional approach coupled with a ‘can do’ attitude. They will work well under pressure and have a desire to take on new challenges, continually seeking improvement and efficiency opportunities.
