Senior UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer you will

• Be the user and interface advocate in the production and design process;
• Create and maintain UI/UX design documentation for any assigned projects;
• Provide instruction, feedback and guidance for Mid and Associate UI/UX Designers;
• Create and improve standard documentation within the UI/UX design team;
• Create and update UI/UX design docs, templates, mockups, design systems, test scripts
• and presentations to share UI/UX vision with the rest of the project;
• Able to comfortably work in all areas of UI/UX design - user experience, user research,
• UI design, UI art, usability tests and hands-off/deliverable;
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and game designers from other studios;
• Work on all levels of the interface: visual, control, feedback, accessibility.
• Provide consistent, quality output.

• More than 5 years of experience in the UI/UX career track;
• Intermediate/Advanced in English;
• Cross-platform development experience on PC and mobile, console a plus;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Excellent understanding of the fundamentals of UX design;
• Excellent understanding of the fundamentals of UI art and illustration;
• Basic understanding of game design;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Ability to provide feedback and orientation to other UI/UX Designers;
• Passionate about user experience, flows, UI, user testing ;
• Strong experience with UI Design/Art for various genres;
• Cross-platform experience.
• Problem solving and open mind;

• Leadership capacity, autonomous and proactive attitude, oriented towards results;
• Sense of initiative, attention to detail;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken;
