About the Role
At Addison Lee we are going up a few gears with our creative direction and, within our Product team, we’re looking for a motivated & passionate individual, with a great eye for premium design experiences, to come on board with us.

As UI/UX Designer you will be responsible for delivering the best digital user experiences for our customers and drivers, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You will be designing and creating optimised user experiences, using a range of methods and the latest technology. You will be responsible for designing user interface elements (such as menus, forms, icons, images, widgets etc) as well as full web and app screen layouts – so you will have a strong influence on our digital user journeys across several apps and websites.
Salary
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE)
Location
This role is based at our head office in Paddington (with hybrid working) 4 days in office 1 day wfh.

Requirements
Main Accountabilities
- Create and design prototypes for new product ideas
- Plan and implement new designs across all elements of the digital estate
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive asset library
- Optimise existing user interface designs
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction with UX & UI deliverables
- Liaise with the development team to ensure design solutions are achievable and realistic for time and budget
- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centred solutions
- Analyse and measure user engagement to refine web and app performance
- Facilitate A/B testing as and when required
